Unfortunately there’s no way to spot treat. My only advice is abdominal exercises to build up your stomach muscles and then lots of cardio to get rid of the excess fat.

They are a waste of money.
The only effective way to lose weight is through Tone Detox and exercise – burn more calories than you eat.
If any pill was effective there would be no overweight people anywhere, and doctors would be recommending it.
