Question by J: Does acai have any proven weight loss properties?
I keep seeing tons of these websites promoting acai as a weight loss aid, but most of them are questionable to me- out of sheer curiosity, does acai have any genuine weight loss properties? And how does it genuinely work?
Any answers promoting websites will be promptly ignored, thanks.
Okay, seriously- no promoting websites means no promoting websites. I want a straight answer, not your ‘lose 50lbs in 3 days’ rubbish.

Type in acai and scam.
Açai juice has only middling levels of antioxidants, antioxidants do not aid weight loss.
.While there may be nothing wrong with the Acai Berry product itself, it is clear that the marketers of the Acai Berry had no intentions of helping anyone lose weight. Numerous comments were sent to in response to the warnings against purchasing the Acai Berry product, sold in pill form, not because the product was bad, but because the way in which the Acai Berry pills were being sold was fraudulent. Comments included “I had to close my credit card account, because they (the merchants) kept charging amounts to my card and not sending me any product. ” In addition, several frustrated consumers reported by e-mail, that attempts to cancel the monthly automatic shipment of the Acai Berry pills by calling the toll-free customer service number resulted in either a disconnected phone or no answer. So it seems the only effect the Acai Berry diet had when a customer placed an order for a free trial of the Acai Berry pills was the rapid depletion of available credit on the customer’s credit card.
