cardio is like an every day workout, and if you want to get abs but have fat, always do cardio before you do abs! People mistake that alot, they do abs thinking they will lose weight, NO YOU WONT! so yeah, these are good ideas, and I myself have seen results. I recommend jumping jacks or either jump rope for one hour, burns around 600 calories if you want to get rid of the weight fast, a healthy diet is also key, eat your fruits and vegetables!

@jokerclownman nah man if you do some real intense shit 10-40mins a dy is all you need. just watch how you eat and shit. but who knows its your own body if you feel like you wanna do more then go do more. no one is stopping you. but you like some real real results and strenght do lots of pull ups and dips and when you get used to it add more weight when you do it. stronger your core more crazy intense work outs you can do.
@marfg12345 damn son you still young haha! well ok sometimes theres a difference when you make your belly hard. it could be fat or it could be muscles. ok my man. i suggest you do some planks and mountain climbers. that shit gonna help you get slim alittle and if you like run its gonna help you out. if you saw this vid do some of that foot 2 foot cruch thats gonna help out get rid of you love handles/frosting. and do some push ups in bettween ab workouts so you increase intensety and so on.
@watermelon681 like a couple of weeks if you do it correctly. abs you dont need to do everyday just if you want abs just make it majority of your weeks workout. 20% is workout and and 80% is diet. well depends on your body. good luck, this is a great exercise. more results dont drink sugary drinks is straight up water.
