    actually when you perform cardiovascular exercises your working out ur muscles hommy, ur abs arms and legs cardiovascular are even worst then lifting weights trust me hommy weight can help u get muscle but they take proteins dont forget about it, also try too do some killing cardios if its ur first time ull have a lot of pain in all ur muscles.

    i am a 17 year old normal built guy, i been working hard to get out my beach six pack but its a little layer of fat over my belly (probably from the winter hybernation) so its not coming out as much as i want it to, now spring is coming and i am going to try interval training like this fellow suggested, any tips would be great… thanks

    Only the whole body can lose fat, not just the belly. Look at the body builders, when they are preparing for a competition: they have much body fat, but a lot of muscles. To have many muscles does not mean, to burn more body fat.

    Very helpful video! Makes sense. As far as exercising goes, is cycling for about 15+ km(10miles) at about 20kmph(13mph) daily considered good exercise? If so, what kind of exercise is it? What benefits would it have? Thank you in advance, and blessings to you.

    @JDubble7414 i agree, cardio isin’t the only thing to do to lose wieght
    one. u only really build leg mucles its a good way to lose weight but if u want a six pack u need to eat right and do arm building exercises getting a six pack is all about lossing the right percentage of body fat so that the abs move in.

    Anyways, to all those ppl who think just walking a lot and eating right will help, it’s not true. Or atleast it’s not for everybody, including me. Ive have BEEN struggling with belly fat. This guy (though he talks a lot) has good points and I’m going to try the things he talked about in this video. Not getting the package or anything- no money! Haha!

    @hellbarren adding whey protein to milk forms anothe protein called caesin which is a slow absorbing protein best take whey with water after workout, maybe mix with skimmed milk before bed

    Bro what u say is right. but i not agree to the shaker and the blender. 15-20 min including cleaning. What fucking bul shit is that ?? The blender is king if u ask me.. I throw in some ice,milk or water. An dthe a scop of p. And i am done. Mixing and cleaning takes me max 4-5 min.
