    Eating when you are hungry and stopping before you are over-filled should be one of the easiest things in life to do but if you look around and see the serious obesity problems in America you will see that it is not that easy.
    The reason is that people are eating for reasons OTHER than hunger.
    The next time you think about eating, ask yourself just how hungry you are. If you are hungry, go ahead and eat a sensible healthy meal. If you are not hungry, ask yourself what you are REALLY craving.

    I find the hardest thing for me when dieting is getting enough nutrition. Smaller portions work, but I’m left hungry and less food= less nutrition. I use nutritional supplements now and eat healthy, full meals.I got started at ryansnutrition com and have my appetite under control.

    @DevTakinOver it’s called crêpes. I love them too, but they”re not always low fat…always depends on how you make them.. if you use skimmed milk and no sugar, then yes :-)

    Thats not heavy or fat at all. Your 5’8″ for a small frame 126-139 a medium frame 136-150 large frame146-167 Im guessing your a medium so if you got down to 130 you would be your ideal weight but I’m sure if you talk to your doctor now they will tell you your healthy your only twelve and your a growing girl you will slim out as you get older if you eat right, you dont need to diet just be healthy no junk food I slimmed you in high school and I was always a chubby kid.

    Hi, I just watched this video and another about Beginners running tips…I have to say, I couldn’t resist subscribing. I’m over in the UK. I’ve just started training again after being lazy for a while lol your tips about running I tried out, and they really really helped me so firstly, thank you so much for that..I was struggling to get back into it.     Im Gonna tell u a tip…. Dont eat after 7 pm or even drink water and dont eat choclate and sugar stuff alot and go for diet juice (Grape fruit)

    @LoveAlotsxoxo She’s an average person, like everyone else on the planet. I went from 200lbs to 150lbs in 1/2 months comfortably, without much excersise. Understand food and it’s properties and you can shape your body any way you like.

    @raelovesyou98 depends how much you weigh to begin with….if you’re 250lbs then yeah you can lose 20lbs in one month, but if you’re 140, you probably can’t.

    I lost 17 kgs in one month .. which are equal to 36 lbs I guess .. So you can do that but SPORT is the most important thing in a diet :)

    Avoid eating late at night

    You may not know this, but sumo wrestlers use the method of eating a lot of calories and then going right to sleep (either napping or sleeping at night) as a technique for putting the pounds on fast. So don’t do what sumo wrestlers do. Don’t eat late at night and then go to sleep. If you eat a lot of calories late at night you won’t have time to burn off the calories you have eaten before you go to sleep as a bummer you will wake up in the morning feeling not rested.

    @MissGracieLove Breatharianism is not something thats intellectually possible to understand, its a lifestyle. If you exercise, you gain energy. From where? Thin air. How? I dont know. But you need to get rid of this idea that without food “you must die” our ancestors never ate food, starvation, fitness, and anorexia are MINDSETS, food isnt keeping the body alive its just something people do like smoking, but the key to living without food is exercise otherwise yeah you will die pretty quick

    @mexiconenamarta by eating right no soda well she did diet soda once a week no chips no bad things like that just veggis and meat fish chicken and way smalller portions and she went to the gym every night to 45 mins to an hour and in 4 moths she lost 53 pounds
