That sensation occurs when your body begins to absorb more oxygen into your bloodstream rapidly. Slow down the breath pumping or the physical movments, focus, pace yourself, ride the waves of heat, and if you pass out….fall into your heart

My goal is to be able to do this without taking breaks in-between haha, it looked so easy just watching it, but when i tried it….. trust me it’s not.
