Okay so i got some belly fat on me actually its like a gut. how long did it take for u to get a flat stomach? what did you do? what is the best way to loose belly fat i am not much of a runner but i want something i can do on my living room floor… also i tried sit ups but have weak back muscle but everyone says to get back muscle keep doing sit ups but it hurts a lot any tips? or shouldi jus work through the pain?

You need to do cardio, you need to. Cardio burns fat, doing sit ups will only build muscle, which can actually make it harder to burn the fat thats in your stomach area. Do cardio, once you get in the habit and get in better shape, you will become more of a runner.
