So, I want to try either Lipovox or Orovo weight loss supplements. Both of them just contain extracts of the 10 top super foods, so they don’t have anything crazy like Ephedra or anything like that. I have heard that some people have lost 10 pound in 10 days, does anyone have any additional info? I couldn’t find any reviews on amazon.

I am a very active teen and I had surgery about eight months ago. Unfortunately surgery limited me to doing almost no movement for quite some time. I didn’t Tone Detox correctly and I have soccer coming up. It is a very competitive try out and I have about 3 months to get up and back into great shape. I do not trust the supplements in the protein shakes today. I’m looking for an all natural Tone Detox plan if anyone knows please help me?

Food dosent burn fat muscle does.

you can increase your metabolism by eating more often. Not more just 6-8 smaller meals throughout the day.

Holy crap you need to eat for calories. 1000 isnt enouph to feed the muscle you have. Id say at the least go 1500..
