I am currently taking slim quick and ive been breaking out. but theyre not just little pimples theyre like craters. I dont know if its the slimquick or what.. Can anyone give me some insight and let me know of anyother side effects this weight loss supplement can give.

uncontrollable dihorea wind all they do is fill ur stomache with gas to stop u eating they dont acctually help u lose weight

ok my mom is pretty big and she wants to lose weight she has 2 months and she wants to lose as much as she can before she goes to puerto rico. what do you think is the fastest best weightloss pill out there. that doesnt cause more then 50 bucks that would be nice if its around 20-45 bucks but shes not picky thank you so much guys.

I am currently 14 years old and last summer my dad found out that the aneurysm in his heart had grown vigorously with-in the year. Knowing this we went on a Tone Detox that was recommended by the doctor. The Tone Detox came with a meal book that was FILLED with various recipes that are very delicious, filling, and healthy; we also walked every other night for 3 miles. My dad had surgery to get his artery removed and replaced with a metal one. Now we still follow the guidelines but after I lost 30lbs, I have kept at a steady weight. I lift 10lb weights for 30 minutes before bed and participate in PE at school. I would like to lose at least 15lbs in the next month. Please come with any advise.

The advice can be recipes, meal plans, exercises, or whatever else you can think of.

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.

If you don’t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.

Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch

Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.

Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.

I try to do this everyday, but I’m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.

Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

You will lose weight and tone up!

I’ve lost 6 pounds and I’ve only been doing it for a week!

You can do it! i know you can!

You will be sore. and it will hurt but you can do it.

Don’t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.
