FORGET Tone Detox PILLS. try this surefire way of avoiding side effects, and it is cheaper too.

Losing weight steadily is the best!

1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits

2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks

3) drink plenty of water / green tea

4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

The Consumer Justice Foundation Alerts Consumers that Watchdog Group Public Citizen Placed Actos on “Do Not Use” List Due To Actos Side Effects Including Bladder Cancer

The Consumer Justice Foundation, a for-profit corporation that’s comprised of a team of professional consumer advocates who dedicate themselves to providing information to the public regarding the potential dangers of different prescription drugs, hereby alert the public that the consumer watchdog group known as Public Citizen has placed Actos on its “Do Not Use” because of the alleged Actos side effects that include the development of bladder cancer.

Specifically, Public Citizen placed Actos on its ongoing “Do Not Use” list in its November issue of “Worst Pills, Best Pills” newsletter that is available for subscribers. Public Citizen also asked the government to initiate an Actos recall that would protect consumers who use Actos for more than one year from the risk of developing bladder cancer.

Actos is a diabetes medication that is manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and it is prescribed by doctors in accordance with an overall program that includes a healthy Tone Detox and a regiment of exercise in an effort to control the symptoms and problems associated with type 2 diabetes.

Unfortunately, reports of Actos side effects that included the development of bladder cancer led to the medication being pulled from the market in France in June of 2011 and to the United States Food and Drug Administration to approve new Actos cancer warnings for patients in August of 2011. To date, Actos remains available on the American market.
