Food dosent burn fat muscle does.

you can increase your metabolism by eating more often. Not more just 6-8 smaller meals throughout the day.

Holy crap you need to eat for calories. 1000 isnt enouph to feed the muscle you have. Id say at the least go 1500..

Okay so i got some belly fat on me actually its like a gut. how long did it take for u to get a flat stomach? what did you do? what is the best way to loose belly fat i am not much of a runner but i want something i can do on my living room floor… also i tried sit ups but have weak back muscle but everyone says to get back muscle keep doing sit ups but it hurts a lot any tips? or shouldi jus work through the pain?

You need to do cardio, you need to. Cardio burns fat, doing sit ups will only build muscle, which can actually make it harder to burn the fat thats in your stomach area. Do cardio, once you get in the habit and get in better shape, you will become more of a runner.

i am 5’1 and about 110. I really do not look fat its mostly muscle but if i do ab workouts and start to lose stomach fat, how many pounds do you think will come off? Also i really dont excersize too much so i could probably lose some weight. I also eat pretty well. i just want to lose about 10 pounds. Any tips for that?

You’re already at a normal weight, so there’s no real NEED to lose any weight.

However, you’ll find that if you start working out, since you’re already at a decent weight, you may lose weight, but if you continue to work out you’ll gain weight – muscle weight.

You may not even change weight; you may just look more toned, which is also good.
